Changes from v2.0

Added order-status texts: we text order updates from sender name "HACIEN" to the mobile number on an order. No promotional texts.
Added opt-in bulk marketing email through Hostinger Reach, with a separate unticked checkbox and an unsubscribe link in every email. Removed the line saying we don't send promo newsletters.
Clarified that 1-to-1 B2B sales outreach and quotation follow-ups (email, phone or Viber) stay under legitimate interest.
Added UniSMS (Unisoft Ventures Corporation) or a similar Philippine SMS gateway provider, and Hostinger Reach, as service providers.
Added keep times for order-text logs, marketing email sign-up and unsubscribe records, and marketing list entries.
Added the right to withdraw marketing email consent. Unsubscribing never stops order texts and emails.
