Customers will see meaningful milestones for RFQs, clarifications, quotations, delivery, and support.
Formal quotation context, supporting notes, and customer approvals will stay attached to the relationship.
Approved customers will access controlled documents only when visibility rules allow it.
Warranty, replacement, renewal, and post-delivery support will continue from the same customer record.
The public website begins the relationship. Gateway preserves it. Workspace operates it. Customer Workspace will eventually continue it with controlled visibility.
